Have you received any performance notification regarding a violation? If not, have you reported the situation to Seller Support?

This is very common in FC. They even unfulfilled the newly submitted items and marked them as expired. The only solution is to communicate with seller support and ask them to Bin-Check the items. But this takes many days to resolve. FC people should check the expiration date correctly, which is normally printed on the product label, to avoid further delays.
