Need immediate assistance cancelling AWD to FBA shipments created in error
Late yesterday I attempted to create a shipment of product in AWD and instead of inputting the proper name and address of the recipient, I accidentally hit the FC option and enter; the shipping plans FBA18SGD2GC5 and FBA18SGF49X0 were created and immediately put in ":shipped" status (as is the usual case with AWD to FBA transfers).
I opened case ID 17025099531 to have these plans cancelled as no option to cancel the shipments was available on the order entry screen (unlike trafitional FBA shipment plans). It goes without saying that Seller "Support" was unable to assist and replied with boilerplate language that offered no assistance, guidance or help (IOW, the usual reply from Seller "Support" regardless of the issue). In essence, they looked at the plans, saw that they were marked "Shipped" and replied that they cannot be cancelled.
The issue is that AWD to FBA shipments enter "shipped" status within minutes of creation. AWD to FBA shipments usually require about 2 (two) weeks to pick and ship between order entry and actual movement. There should be ample time to cancel these shipments.
Would a mod please look into cancelling these shipments please?

Hi @Seller_YP2wGTp2WTRuV, I'll pass this along to our AWD partners to see what can be done. To clarify your first sentence, were you trying to create a MCF shipment instead of a replenishment?
