hi, how long does it take for items to be inbounded in DXB5 warehouse? I have sent items through amazon pick up service. Paid so much money, yet half the items were inbounded and the rest half have no trail..

They keep saying it will take until April 20th. like whats the point if it can potentially take over 1.5 months when all sales are over. first they say, it is FBA eligible and then they dont accept it. What is this service?
