Gtin not syn to Amazon. Won't let me add new product
I purchased my Gtin code over week ago. I was told to wait 72hrs. It’s been over week. I still can’t add any product due error messages I’m receiving. Please help. Gtin barcode is not syn to Amazon datebase. I opened case with seller support however they do not know how to fix the problem. Please help. Thank you

The time it takes for Amazon to sync with GS1 can vary. It can be 2 days, a week, and the longest I have seen is a month. You just have to wait.
