Legal Action Against Amazon for Unjust Account Deactivation

Can we file a lawsuit against Amazon if they deactivate our account and, despite multiple appeals and providing all required information, they do not give a clear reason and continue to keep the account deactivated without addressing our concerns

Additionally, does the lawsuit need to be filed in the country where the Amazon store is based, or can it be filed in any country?

This product has been identified as cosmetic product containing salicylic acid in excess of the maximum percentage prescribed under IS 4707:2009 – Part 2 and is prohibited from listing and sale on amazon.in marketplace. In case the product suppressed is a cosmetic (except hair products) that contains maximum of 2% of salicylic acid as an ingredient or the product suppressed is a cosmetic hair products that contains maximum of 3% of salicylic acid as an ingredient, then please approach seller support for re-instatement appeals and provide (1) image of ingredient/ composition of the product and (2) specify the percentage of salicylic acid in the product for review prior to any re-instatement. For further details please contact Seller Support and refer to the "excluded/restricted product" section on the seller central help page.

However, the same products are currently live on Amazon under ASIN ‎B0BVV8BNYJ and are being sold by other suppliers without any interruptions. Despite this, our profile has been blocked in three countries for the past 3–4 months, which seems unfair.

As we received a message from the Amazon team that our balance will be holding for 90 days after deactivation. I know Amazon holds our funds to check if a buyer will return an order and claim a refund due to a faulty item or chargeback and amazon will pay from our holding funds. I would like to inform the Amazon team that we have paid all returns and chargeback claims received in 90 days after account deactivation. We want to let Amazon know that the 90 days period is expired. We humbly request Amazon to disburse our funds. We will be grateful to you. Regards MT EMIRATES STORE
