Amazon keep over charging me
Amazon has been triple counting charges on every statement balance. Despite each statement balance being paid, it continues to be carried forward as the beginning balance on every statement. I've opened a case on this over weeks ago and it say they transform this issue to another department. However, they are not getting back to me. They keep overcharged on each statement and i have confirmed that all charges are being paid by my credit card and from my sales as well. I have no answer from anyone I’m still having the issue and the balance is still being carried from statement to another, more than that is my account is being charged from my sales. Please help to fix this issue asap.

Thank you for your post into Forums. I would suggest opening a seller support case and sharing the case ID into this thread.
When I see this in the past, it actually is just one charge, but then is reflected as a negative balance carry over as it was not applied yet. However, maybe this instance is something different.
