We are a small local business, and spend a lot of time and effort on our product designs. Unfortunately though, we are not brand registered, as this is an expense we cannot afford yet (hopefully in the future it will be possible).

One real challenge we face, is copycats. Unethical people who simply copy our designs directly from our Amazon listings, and list them under new ASINS.

Is there no way to report these copycats if our items don't have brand registry? What can we do to get them to stop?

There are 2 major culprits with many listings in the UAE that are simply copies of other people's hard work. Its so disheartening to see them get away with it!
