Request Date: April 26, 2025

The customer said the product was defective. We provided a return label. The customer did not return the product.

A complaint was created. 26.04.2025 a-z refunded the customer at the same time without receiving a defense from us. 26.04.2025

closed the objection option.

We could not get a response to the lawsuits we opened in any way.

This is the 2nd bad experience we have had with the United Arab Emirates a-z team.
