My account has been deactivated due to inactivity.

My account information page lists the information that I need to submit the mentioned documents. I have submitted all of them which I submitted at the time of creating my Amazon account. Now, I am submitting the same information, like my passport and my bank statement but it's not accepting by saying 'Unable to verify account information', with no further options to correct or submit any information. Kindly review my application and let me know about the best procedure which I should proceed for activating my account. I am submitting my personal account statement.

As you mentioned this was a concern with inactivity. Since the last time you used the account, has any of your information changed, ownership of the account?

When you provided your documentation, does the address on your ID and statement all match the information used to register and maintain the account? Please also be aware that documentation or account information with abbreviation may cause a rejection of your information since these documents need to match 100%.

I am additionally passing your concerns to our community managers to review and follow up if they can offer any additional guidance. I would ask if you have any related cases where this information was provided to post the case ID here so they have an easier time reviewing the situation.
