Vine reviews and Amazon Influencer videos not syncing up with my Canadian Listing.

I am getting a very static response from Amazon stating, that they don't post the suspicious reviews.

95% of my reviews are vine reviews and rest verified purchase.

-> Reviews are (vine + verified purchased that havent been synced with my canadian listing) If you are telling me vine reviews are not authentic, then I am not sure what would be as they are collected by amazon.

-> Amazon influencers made product videos for me, and they are not able to sync them up on my Canadian listing. They are having issues syncing it up on my Canadian listing. They are not able to understand

-> I am not able to open my Brand page from Canadian listing.

All in all please review the above response and take your time before responding. I am sure you will repond responsibly, after understanding what I am trying to say.

I have reviewed your listings and have confirmed that your reviews are being shared across Canada and the US marketplaces with the same number of reviews across each site. Your item on the Canada site is not live. I would recommend that you change your price by a penny, wait 15 minutes and change it back. If that doesn't work, you will need to contact Seller Support in Canada and ask the FBA team to look into your listing. If you need help after they investigate, please create a new discussion and select the Canadian flag to ensure that it gets to the correct team to review.

I am looking into your video and Brand page issues and will follow up with you as soon as I have more information.
