Amazon Refusing To Allow Access To Funds After Re Verifying Account
I have called several times about an issue and would really appreciate someone assisting.
Amazon recently changed their policies that all sellers need to reverify their seller account. During this time I was not receiving any payments throughout the verification process. The address verification took a long time arrive and when I finally received it I input the code on the Seller Portal. It was accepted but I still have not received any payments for over a month, I am owed XXXX dollars. I also do not have the option to request a daily pay me as my available balance is still showing $0, as it turned to when I had to go through the verification process. There clearly is a problem with my account as I haven't been paid and cant access any funds.
I have talked to several Amazon representatives and they have all told me they aren't able to help out and a "Payment Team" representative will contact me via email and that is the only way they can communicate. It has been a week and I haven't heard anything from this payment team. If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated as we need money to buy products to sell on Amazon.

That wasn't a new Amazon policy, but a US law.
Everything is backed up. Your account will be on reserve until they are through. it's not just you. They messed up a lot of people's income, however, take this as a learning curve to NEVER depend on a single source of income, certainly not in sales.

My name is CR and I'd love to see if we can get you some more information here. First off, are you still having issues here?
It sounds like there was a hold on your disbursements due to the reverification needed through the INFORM Consumers Act. Along with that, we have provided a Disbursement FAQ page here that outlines some of the questions surrounding these holds. One of those is the below I pulled from the above link:
FAQ 3: How fast will the hold disbursements be released?
After you submit your information to verify your identity, we will aim to lift the hold on your disbursements within 24 hours. When the hold is removed, the banner on your Account Health page notifying you about the hold on your disbursements will disappear. You may also receive an email notification letting you know this has been lifted. The available balance will disburse on your next scheduled settlement date.
