Has Amazon dropped UPS as a partner carrier?
Hello,
I’ve been sending FBA shipments using Amazons partner carrier (UPS) since the last 10 years which has been very smooth for me. For my recent shipment that I just created on Amazon, I’m no longer getting the shipment for UPS as a partner carrier. The only option I’m getting is AMZX which I’m not really comfortable using.
Also AMZX wants me to load my 29 cartons on 3 pallets whereas with UPS they would collect them without pallets.
Is UPS no longer an option to send inventory to FBA now?

Hello @Seller_OdtEt94T0pAFy, if you need to use UPS, I would suggest refreshing the workflow. It may be the shipment contents or FC destination and availability that excluded UPS for that particular shipment at that specific time. Let me know if you see UPS as an option now.
