Customer Provided wrong shipping information and is calling me a scammer.
Recently a buyer bought a product from me during the start of January I bought the shipping and sent it to the address provided to us, two weeks later I received a message saying it never arrived and that they were furious and wanted a refund, I checked the tracking history and saw that it did get to the zip code that was sent to us however they put their name instead of their actual address, I sent them proof of that and that their local post office has the item and they need to get into contact with them, but the customer keeps asking for a refund even though we bought the shipping directly through amazon, the customer started to get very aggressive and saying that I am a scammer and he would report me to the better business bureau, I already reported the conversation multiple times as I want to be protected in this case as I don't see what else I could do. I was respectful and even contacted UPS to see what was going on who told me they gave it to a local usps office of the zip code.

In this case, you should simply let the buyer know that there was an error in the ship to address that was provided (you do NOT need to send them "proof" of this or talk much about it) and that they can pick up the package from the post office. Then you let them know, that if it will not be picked up, it will be returned to sender and at that time they will receive a full refund. After that, you mark it "no response needed" and report it if you were threatened or black mailed.
