Received a review from customers in a country that I don't sell
Hi all,
Have any of you seen issues like this? I used to sell my products in Canada but due to some reasons I stopped selling in Canada more than a year ago and was only focused on the U.S market. I'm a brand owner.
I received a review from a customer buying in Canada today, from the review itself, I don't expect this order to be from a year back. My question is - how can it be possible that things like this could happen? If I'm not selling in Canada, how can people from Canada still buy my products and leave a review?

I understand you are receiving product reviews for items that you no longer sell in the Canada marketplace. You may wish to review your account specifics to determine if your listings in Canada are currently active, or if you are on 'Vacation mode' for that region.
You can also look to this recent forums post detailing the paths available to report product reviews for potential removal, and contact seller support if any further questions remain!
