Fake Reviews by Unverified Reviewers
Hi there, in summary... We've noted two negative fake reviews on our product listing that both appeared at the same time pulling our hard-earned ratings down on October 10. They share suspicious traits:
- Simultaneous Posting.
- Lack of Purchase Records.
- Contrary to Guidelines (Compensated Reviews, Illegal Activities).
These reviews make false claims coming from unverified reviewers.
We tried to reach out to Amazon both on the phone, email, chat, reported it numerous times to no avail. We do not see any action from Amazon nor any reference of looking into this matter. It has affected our listing and ratings. Please help and look into the matter.

Finally, the fake reviews are gone! Thank God! I think it helps to not just simply report the fake comments but to send email, call and look for help in forums. Making sure that you have a reference for this case. Grateful to have this issue resolved.
