We've recently sent a small item parcel shipment, since the 22nd of April.

The status of the shipment remain unchanged until now.

Is our shipment lost? is it stolen? is it missing in dubai desert? Apparently nobody knows.

I tried contacting amazon support but the reply's are always (copy/paste) regarding policy ETC...

And this is a small parcel shipment of 42 items, and it says that it takes no longer than 2 days to register in inventory.

We've never had this issue as it always becomes available in our inventory the very next day, hence why were extremely concerned of our still checked in shipment.

This delay is costing us profit!! We need someone to look in this rather than give us a copy/paste policy reply please!
