Amazon Compliance HELP needed

Hopefully someone from Amazon can help here. I have had a compliance complaint related to selling a non-genuine item (which is completely untrue and obviously from a competitor). i have supplied all the relevent information invoices matching sales volume, letter from supplier, supplier contact details etc...
i then get a message back saying they have been unable to validate the information! Obviously it would be helpful to know specifically what is missing. I have phoned and a huge language barrier on the support meant i am no wiser! Can someone from Amazon please get in touch with me to help me get a resolution here?

Amazon is just robbing sellers off .. Everything need to be sorted via court so take a step and sue them them if you have all proof
