Dear Amazon,
We are a new seller on Amazon and have just started selling products on Amazon. However, we have encountered some problems in the brand
registration process.
We submitted materials many times, but they were rejected. Our brand logo is not computer-generated, it is non-removable, and these product

Currently, that case is still being reviewed. Please note that it takes an average of 10 business days to review Brand Registry applications. In some cases, they may need additional information to verify your identity, which can extend the application review period.
The Brand Registry application process help page has a "Product image requirements," section that provides an in depth overview of these requirements and examples of what is not accepted. The 5th paragraph in that section that starts with "Ensure also that the brand name is permanently affixed to the product." has the most relevant detail to your issue and what I found in previous applications.
