shipment lost by AGL

Hi,

I created a shipment (FBA18MXH7364) with AGL last Nov and it took them 5 month to ship my product from China to the US. Not only that, the fulfillment center never received the products. The shipment is now closed with discrepancy and 0 unit was received. I tried to work with AGL on this issue for a month but it is going no where. I am hoping I can find some support here and resolve this matter promptly.
