Question.

Has anyone used Cititrans International Logistics in China before? it is one of Amazon's Partnered Carriers.

I am planning to send a shipment from China to Dubai Warehouse.

They asked some questions that I do not know the answer to :

1st: they are asking for the customer's code

2nd: Shipment Mark

Looking forward to feedback from either fellow sellers or Amazon support.
