Account Deactivated Even After Deleting All Restricted Listings – Requesting Clarification

Hello Amazon Team and Community,

My selling account was deactivated due to listing items identified as firearm accessories. However, I have already deleted all such listings from my account weeks ago, and I have not listed any restricted product since then.

The main ASINs flagged were canvas and leather holsters, which fall under a legitimate and existing category on Amazon (e.g., "Gun Holsters, Cases & Bags"). Similar products from other sellers are still live on Amazon, including Amazon itself.

Despite removing all flagged ASINs, complying with the policy, and not having any restricted products live on my account, my account remains deactivated. I have also submitted appeals with product photos and clarifications, yet I keep getting rejection messages without any clear path forward.

I’m not sure what else I can do now.

Is there any escalation path available when all listings have been removed and policy compliance has been ensured?

Please guide me on what can be done in such a situation.

Thank you.
