Account Health Specialist

I need someone to call me from the Account Health Team regarding my account deactivation. I don't have the call button available. And when I try to open a case to request a call, I keep getting automated message saying it is not the right email to submit an appeal, and the case gets closed.

You can post the deactivation performance notification here, after you have removed your personal information, for us to review.

If you are subscribed as a professional seller, you will have access to the "call me now" button in seller central, depending on the status of the account. Are you subscribed as an individual or professional seller?

Thank you for providing more information for us to review.

From the notification you have posted, I see that your account was deactivated for conduct that harms other sellers or customers by placing orders to hold their inventory, which violates our code of conduct policy.

Were you aware that Amazon’s policies prohibit any efforts to harm or damage other sellers? Do you recall any situation where you might have attempted to damage another seller?

To address this deactivation, the only viable path to reinstate your selling privileges is to submit evidence that the enforcement was taken in error. What information do have to submit that will prove these activities did not occur on your account?
