Funds Held Since October - Urgent Resolution Needed
Amazon has been holding my store's funds since October, with over $10,000 retained and thousands more in deferred payments. We have bills to pay, a life to maintain, and a business that we are working hard to build.
I have already submitted multiple support tickets to understand the reason behind this situation. My account is in perfect standing and completely healthy. I currently do not have much inventory, yet my funds remain on hold without any valid explanation.
I believe it is our right as sellers to know what is happening and why we are not being paid. We need to speak with someone who can respect our situation and help us understand this issue. At the very least, I need a clear explanation as to why this is happening and when I will receive my payments.
Your urgent assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I do see that you have $4,783.10 in deferred payments that are awaiting release, the release dates of every payment can be viewed in your payments dashboard.
You can click on the amount next to Deferred Transactions which is hyperlinked and you will see all payments awaiting to be processed. Certain Deferred Transactions can sometimes take 30-45 days to be released and we don't have a way to bypass or manually release them for you.
