Funds being held since 2019

I need advice or suggestions on how to handle funds being held in reserve for YEARS. I have been a seller on Amazon since 2012. In 2019 I received a notification from Amazon saying that due to no fault of my own my account had been hacked and temporarily restricted access to fix the issue. Fast forward months later after having gone back & forth with Amazon the issue was resolved but I still had issues accessing my account. At that I was so frustrated and unable to recover from months of no sales I had to take a break. At that time Amazon was still holding money that to this day has never been released. (note- I had never had a reserve up to that point) Back in August 2024 I reached out to Amazon and said I wanted to start selling again and went through an extensive process of Identification verification and then started listing and selling again. I was told that the funds from 2019 were available and would be deposited on the next disbursement date. It is now February 2025 and I have not only not received the funds from 2019 but have also not received a single payment for the current inventory that’s sold since I started selling again back in August. I have reached out MANY times and get the same generic response EVERY SINGLE TIME. At this point I don’t know what to do. I love what I do and had always loved selling on Amazon until now. My business will continue to thrive either way but I feel like this is theft at this point and couldn’t be more disappointing and how Amazon treats their sellers in comparison to how it was when I first started back in 2012.

If anyone has any advice on how to get this resolved I’d be grateful.

Also my account health is great, no claims etc so that’s not been the issue.

NO ONE wants to read a wall of text.

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.

They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.………….…

BUT, it’s a weekend and all the MODS are off partying 😁😁 so it may be early next week before you hear back! Actually, they are short staffed (on purpose) on weekends because Amazon doesn’t think anything bad happens then!

Would you mind sharing your most recent case #(s) you have opened with Seller Support with me that are related to your funds hold/disbursement issue? I'd be happy to take a deeper look there and see what other options we may have available to get you more information. Most of the time, anything related to funds being held are communicated to you via your performance notifications. Have you made sure to review these as well?
