Suppressed No Reference Price for Prime Discount :(

Hi, I am a handmade seller - started selling about 10 months ago.

I just recently decided to try out FBA and now have an opportunity to participate in prime discounts, however, 9 out of 11 of my bracelets are being suppressed due to "no reference price."

I ran a sale last week with the 2 of my bracelets that passed and I made sales on 1 of them.

I reached out to support to get their help and they asked me to create a new sale (the other one expired) so they could research it and now 10 out of the 11 are suppressed.

1) All, but the 3 new, bracelets have sales history.

2) In handmade, how are we supposed to have a reference price?

3) For the 1 bracelet I sold last week with the Prime Discount, now the system thinks that the 20% discount I gave is the reference price from which I now need to discount???

How do we create a reference price for Handmade? I have tried making my list price 0, the same price I'm selling at now and a higher price (which I started selling them at). None of which work. I even supplied a link to another site (MichaelsMakerplace) where I am selling the bracelets at the same price for a reference.

There is no rhyme or reason why 2 of the 11 were approved.

@Danny_AmazonI have reached out to support, but they have been useless in helping me resolve this. Can you help? I need to know exactly what I need to to to fix this. Please do not send me a link to another article. I have read several of them and I still don't know what to do differently.

Here are the ASINs

B0DHLXPBL2 - Suppressed. No reference price

B0CPB4YQJW - Suppressed. No reference price

B0CSJ3YLCR - Suppressed. No reference price

B0DHPWLC97 - Suppressed. No reference price

B0CPB4FFJQ - Suppressed. No reference price

B0DHPXLXD2 - Suppressed. No reference price

B0CPB3SCQP - Suppressed. No reference price

B0CX3SW5Y2 - Suppressed. No reference price

B0CX3ZR31G - Suppressed. Discount price should be lower than the ASIN reference price which is $29.00 by 5.00%. My list price is $34. I ran a 20% discount last week. I can't discount this more now to run another sale.

No Reference Price usually means that there isn't ENOUGH sales history on the item to allow a discount. Allegedly it prevents someone from changing the price of a $20 item to $100 and then offering a 80% discount.

On that other item, if you run a sale, they will want you to offer a discount on THAT sales price, because it's the lowest in recent history.

It's super annoying as you really want to offer discounts to jumpstart sales on items that don't sell. I stick to Promotions only now, because at least the promo shows somewhere in the listing.
