I am using shipping services automation and my delivery time is almost 7 days for a normal transit of 1-2 days

Can anyone please explain why this is happening and how do I fix this? My promise delivery time extensions is only 2.2 days which means a normal transit of 1-2 days + 2.2 would mean a customer in Florida should get there order in 3-4 business days but its showing 7. I am shipping from Florida as well. Please if someone can explain why this is happening it would be greatly appreciated.

I'd recommend you reach out to Seller Support with a screen shot of what you are seeing in delivery time and the settings you've selected.
