I am using shipping services automation and my delivery time is almost 7 days for a normal transit of 1-2 days
Can anyone please explain why this is happening and how do I fix this? My promise delivery time extensions is only 2.2 days which means a normal transit of 1-2 days + 2.2 would mean a customer in Florida should get there order in 3-4 business days but its showing 7. I am shipping from Florida as well. Please if someone can explain why this is happening it would be greatly appreciated.

I'd recommend you reach out to Seller Support with a screen shot of what you are seeing in delivery time and the settings you've selected. If you continue to have issues please reply with your most recent Seller Support Case and I will review for possible escalation.
