I am currently experiencing the same with my Amazon UAE Marketplace. I've been selling products for years and just 1 or 2 complaints Amazon deactivated my account. I have provided them invoices from a reputable supplier in the region but still not enough. Now all my inventory was stock in the FC and not sure how to order removal since removal option was also not available.
in my openioin as indidual seller we are not able to continu sucessful selling
i have lose my 5 year of learning experince to become a skillfull persone and maintane a good health of my acount
but unfortunatly amazon doesnt have any proper solution to the save a legal sellers to maintain there plateform for best reveniu
in my openion amazon doesnt have right to geting fba buy box if thr fba seller payed fee of there inventory
i know my mesage will be more harm full but i dont care know i decide to stop selling on amaon and focus on my job back there is no way to get money withount lososing money and time i didnt get from amz
Did you try talking to account health team? Explain them and inform them about the document being rejected and hopefully they will escalate from their end.
