Unable to reactivate account

Very frustrating as i am unable to reactivate account. I did temporarily did not sell for few months due to illness. I re-sent required documents a few months ago and I have no updates. I can not submit a case or access Performance, email, etc. as I repeatedly recieve " Your account is inactive" tab. I would appreaciate a prompt response as I would like to start selling again. Respectfully
