Amazon is involved in Chargebacks and Credit Card fraud by allowing criminals to commit crimes in the marketplace

As mentioned in the topic, I believe Amazon is involved in criminal procedures and credit card fraud in its marketplace. This is the third customer who has placed many unusual orders in our store. All the orders go to a forwarding courier based in Miami, FL. After a few weeks, the customer starts a chargeback for every expensive order they placed. In most cases, Amazon covers the funds; in other cases, Amazon takes the money from our account arbitrarily and makes us responsible, even when we have shipped the product on time, and it is more than evident that the customer is a criminal or a thief who misuses the marketplace to commit crimes and credit card fraud. Still, Amazon sides with them and does not take any action against those thieves. They don't allow you to block addresses or cancel fraudulent orders. They don't allow you to report a buyer because their policies are made so customers can scam sellers. There is no protection at all, and their procedures must be illegal. Amazon does not provide further or detailed information about the chargeback. They only request that sellers offer specific information, and they determine if you are responsible without giving details about the chargeback claim. They decide for sellers, alleging they represent us, but they do not represent us. Reporting a buyer does not work, and if you cancel an order placed by a thief, it will affect your ODR. Images with evidence will be available in the second comment.

Respond to a chargeback claim

Our help page above provides information about responding to chargeback claims. If you feel that you were debited for a chargeback in error, you can reply to the email where the decision was shared. We will review your dispute. However, in the majority of cases, the issuing bank's decision is final and there is no recourse to appeal that decision.

If you have not already done so, you can submit reports on this suspected behavior using the Report Abuse form in Seller Central. That team reviews all submissions about potentially abusive behavior, but is not able to provide any details about any action taken.

If you have filed any support cases on this topic, please share a Case ID with me and I can also request that it be reviewed.
