BAE A-to-Z Team Theft – Stealing Money from Sellers!
Order ID: 405-3719927-2611566
Product Amount: AED 1487.00
Claim date: April 26, 2025
Order ID: 403-9052878-1718722
Product Amount: AED 2008.00
Claim date: May 10, 2025
There is theft in the Amazon United Arab Emirates expensive watch category. These two orders belong to the same person from different accounts. We detected this by phone call. However, we cannot prove it.
But this is clearly seen from the a-z complaint histories and customer messages.
The customer continues to order new watches because he knows that the a-z team refunded the customer without looking at any evidence we provided. The Amazon system, which has already dropped our account to yellow for no reason, says that our account is at risk of being closed if we do not send these new orders.
I ask you what would you do if you were the Amazon team. Would you risk your goods being stolen in plain sight?
You close all the lawsuits I open by saying we stand by our decision.
What should we do, not sell on Amazon or should we remain
silent while our money is stolen in plain sight?

Hi @T_nel_store ,
Thanks for posting on the Forums.
Can you let me know what's the latest updates for both Orders 405-3719927-2611566 and 403-9052878-1718722?
Have you received back the product of any of them? Any claims filed if their condition wasn't adequate?
I edited the thread to remove the images as they included personal data.
Regards,
Noor

403-9052878-1718722 405-3719927-2611566 Customer for order

Requested a refund on July 17, 2025. We provided a return shipping label. (AAE0873899411) did not ship the package.
A-Z filed a complaint on May 10, 2025 (because the package did not arrive).
We provided proof of delivery. A-Z rejected the package.
On July 6, 2025, the customer sent you the package (label number: 48537791503). You did not receive it, so we reversed our decision and refunded the customer.
We do not accept this. The customer did not ship the product. Look at the discrepancies in the complaint; the customer is a liar and a thief. This order is the same as the other order.
Thank you. Best regards
