Shipment has been delivered but status shows "In Transit"

My shipping company has confirmed that they delivered shipment to the Amazon warehouse on 12.4. They also provided me with a proof of delievery confirmtion from the Amazon warehouse. They also sent me another confirmation of email screenshot (12/7), stating that trailer is yet to be unloaded. But as of today, the status of the shipment is still showing in transit. I contacted customer service, but they just shared a link from help, and told to contact again on 1/19. Is there another way for sellers to escalate to get an update.

Amazon stopped receiving new shipments over a month ago. Yes, your shipped says it was delivered, but it is just sitting somewhere not to be touched until after the new year starts.

Then you don't know how many other deliveries arrived before yours and will be processed first. So don't be disappointed if you do not hear anything until February.

Hi @Seller_d3Ty1DAmGPIeb,

Steve from Amazon here, thank you for the post. Receiving can take 5-10 days after the shipment is received to begin processing and only then will your shipment status change.

During peak season, our fulfillment centers will process shipments as soon as possible after the shipment arrival, but it may take longer due to higher volume than usual.

If your inventory is not reflecting accurately after 10 days, I recommend that you create another case to Seller Support for additional review.

Thanks,

Steve
