Denied For Brand Approval
I was requested to submit information for 2 Nike branded products on 4/11 and did not see this email and had until 4/19 to submit the information and unfortunately I saw when it was too late and all my Nike branded listings got deactivated. I have constantly been sending my information to csm-brand-review@amazon.com as that was what is told to me and they have been constantly denying my information due to “We cannot accept this Invoice it shows documents that were not requested. Why did I receive this message? We have taken this measure because we reached out on 04/11/2024 , requesting information by 04/21/2024 , and you have not provided the requested information or obtained approval. To get approval to list these products, please send the following information and documents:
1. Store name.
2. Email address associated with the seller account.
3. Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, or deliver orders from your supplier issued within the last 365 days”
I am submitting the proper information each time and I keep receiving this same message which doesn’t make any sense and seller support has told me they cannot help me basically I have to keep submitting information in hopes I get re approved which makes no sense what is the point of seller support.

You really should have done a very basic amount of research; 20 minutes of reading through the forums would have taught you that not only are you not allowed to sell Nike, but that attempting to do so will result in being suspended with no chance of appeal, and losing any funds in your account as well as any FBA inventory.
You state that "I am submitting the proper information each time", but in truth, you are not, as Amazon wants INVOICES, and you do not have invoices from Nike; you have receipts; receipts that state on them something along the lines of "purchases are NOT for resale".
Pretty much, if you listed Nike, and got caught, you will never sell on Amazon again. Period.
In future ventures, I suggest you put in a little more work to learn the rules BEFORE you get caught breaking them.

I understand that you have Nike branded listings deactivated due to not being able to provide the required requested documents and information. Upon review of your original case 15153783151, I can see in there that our team replied to you specifying how to get approval to list Nike products. In case you have no access to that correspondence, please see below the list of requirements you must submit via email to csm-brand-review@amazon.com:
- -- Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, or delivery orders from your supplier.
- -- Supplier information, such as their business name, business phone number, address, and website.
- -- Item descriptions. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the listings under review.
- -- Item quantities covering your sales on Amazon.
- -- Invoice date. This must be issued in the last 365 days and before 02/29/2024.
I noticed also that you have created multiple new cases about the same issue, and they keep getting closed. This is due to raising new cases for the same topic when the original case had the instructions on how to proceed, so please refrain from creating new cases as they might get closed as well. Please proceed with the requested information as per case 15153783151, and submit new evidence to get the listings reactivated.
