FBA Amazon Partnered UPS (SP) is providing OLD / USED tracking codes that are marked as "delivered" prior to the shipment being created(!)
URGENT concern we hope it is not widespread
* Started an shipment on October 15th. Shipment reports that date in Seller Central. Shipment is bound for BNA in Tennessee, US -- we are located in Connecticut
* Completed it today -- Chose Amazon Partnered UPS... Amazon charged and created UPS labels (46 boxes)
* Right after creating, Amazon marks the shipment as "Delivered" and the first UPS tracking code states it was delivered on OCTOBER 14th -- the day before the shipment was even created in Amazon.
* Not only that, when we search the tracking code on UPS website, the tracking code was created on OCTOBER 12th and the package was marked as "picked up in CALIFORNIA" on that date. It was marked as traveling to CANADA(!)
Now we can't print UPS labels for this shipment since it marks as shipped.
This is very concerning -- we opened a case, but it would not allow "urgent" escalation.
Hoping a mod can see this an escalate.

Just bumping this up. Have open cases, no resolution. Thousands of packed units just sitting in our warehouse during Q4 -- can't go out because we can't print the labels.
