No payment for TBYB order from over 1 month ago

We've been trying out Amazon's Try Before You Buy (TBYB) program; however, I'm getting concerned over whether we're losing inventory.

I have one order where a customer received the item a month ago. On our payments report, we're only showing that we were charged for the Pick & Pack fee, but we haven't received any money from the selling price for this order. I'm not seeing that the item was returned in our FBA Returns reports, nor do I see any payment whatsoever in our payment reports.

Does anyone have experience with TBYB that can help me verify that we've been receiving payment for all of our TBYB orders that haven't been returned?
