Fake orders from competitor_UAE
Hello all,
We have been receiving Cash on Delivery FBA orders., those are then being refunded because of undeliverable address.
We are receiving those on specific listings where you have only 1 other seller, it is the same seller for all those listings.
So it is clear that that person is the one placing the fake orders.
I have submitted the abuse report, any idea how long it takes for resolution? Is there a way to disable the cash on delivery option?

If you have proper brand permission to sell that product than don't worry.
Amazon will be help you.
Some time back same happened with me, one fake customer complained about product authenticity but i ware have proper brand/products approvals and documents, Amazon activate my listing easily, now that product is in Bestseller.

Thank you for you post. Are orders coming from the same buyer? If yes, you should contact Sellers Support before shipping the item to make them aware.

same happened to me, the competitor who is selling under my asin, emptied my whole stock yesterday by buying all the units with COD and i am sure if it will be refunded i will loose 1,000 dirhams on returns because of undeliverable addresses. how can amazon help me with that? i need someone to contact me, i already filed a violation report but its taking days and i need this to be solved urgently!!
