Error Code 5995
I need help or escalation of my many cases for the error code 5995.
I have been told now by several seller support associates that Amazon has somehow generated another brand ID for my exact brand name which I have had since 2020. There are now 2 brand IDs connected to the same name and they have crossed the incorrect brand id with my private label ASIN which I have also had since 2020.
No one seems able to correct this and I am unable to change anything at all on my listing, including its price.
I have screenshots of the error message with URL as well as documentation by multiple seller support members.
Any advice is welcome, thank you!
