I understand you have had an ongoing review that has taken some time. I know this can be frustrating given the impact it has had on your business. When it comes to matters of authenticity, we do want to allow our team adequate time to review a submission.

Can you provide clarification on when exactly you submitted your information? Have you received any kind of update as of now regarding the situation? Do you have any case IDs that correspond to this information?
