Not canceling Disposal order

I want to cancel a Disposal order created by Amazon, It's a case of Patent infringement, and our listing got removed, We were told "If you do not provide the information within 60 days, you will receive a request to remove the inventory associated with these listings" but Amazon without any request or information, just created a disposal order within 32 Days of issue for the inventory associated with my Listing. I just want you to initiate an email request to the concerned department and ask them to stop this disposal ASAP. I want my inventory back in my warehouse, It is a huge loss to us. I contacted the support several times but didn't any good response. All the time they are saying we can't cancel as it is in progress now. The order was created 1 day ago. If you infringed a patent, your products are considered counterfeit. In this case it would be illegal for Amazon to return the products to you and they MUST destroy them.

As a last chance you can immediately contact an IP lawyer and look, if the accusation is correct. But the "Disposal Order" is ongoing and most probably you will never again see your products. But - if your lawyer thinks that this IP complaint occured without substantial reason, Amazon will at least reimburse you.

I think is not possible, we still fighting for the same situation with amazon. We created a return order for a luxury executive chair of over 1.400 dollars and they canceled this order 30 days after and the created an automatic disposal order. I tried so many times to contact amazon for cancel that disposal order. At the end they disposal our chair (it was damaged by customer), and we still fighting after 4 months for reinmbustment and the answer is always the same: "if we cancelled the return order you have the responsability to create a new one". But they ignore the fact the disposal order was created automatically for them and also it was impossible to cancel it because is "prohibited"
