Brand Registration Problem
Dear Amazon,
We are a new Amazon seller that just began to sell goods on Amazon. However, we came across some problem during brand registration.
At first time's application, we were rejected by Amazon about brand registration. Then, we recheck the requirements carefully, and actively cooperated to provide new sufficient information to prove that the brand is in normal usage. In the new appeal, we attached:
- The Brand Registration Certification
- The Authorization Letter, which shows the brand owner authorized us to use the brand,
- The Purchase Agreement in English & Chinese version
- Authorized Company Business License and Trademark owner Business License
- Supply Invoice
- Product with Logo
Till now seems that no one has reviewed my case. Please expedite it, thank you.We submitted our brand registration application and it has been a long time since I submitted my new appeal.

Your appeal was rejected because of at least 1 of the 6 potential reasons provided on 6/27. I see that you added some additional information via attachments later that day, but it appears as thought the appeals team has either not reviewed it yet or is currently investigating.

If your response has not received any correspondance in a week, please let me know. Something else to keep in mid, according to the Brand Registry application process help page, It takes an average of 10 business days to review Brand Registry applications and since this is an appeal, it may take that same time or longer depending on the situation.
