Brand Registry Admin Not Responding
My Brand Registry was set up years ago by a business that I then fired, and now I cannot get anyone to respond to my messages. I am the Admin on the seller central account but not the admin on the brand registry, and I've reached out to Support about this several times but they haven't been able to help me. I should be the rightful owner/admin on the brand registry, as the owner of the trademark, but they keep saying I have to contact the current admin to get it switched over. Need help!!!

Could you please send me your most recent case ID that you've opened about this? I can surface it to the team personally once you attach all documentation proving that you are the trademark owner!
