Hello Need Help, If A Customer Decides to return an item, giving the reason bought by mistake, is it OK to ask customer to ship it back to us by paying the shipping and if customer does not respond, can we contact Amazon Customer Service for help.

When you agreed to sell on Amazon you agreed to the Amazon return ruleset.
I recommend reviewing them in Seller University or in Seller Help.
Amazon will charge you or the customer for the cost of the return depending on the reason the customer makes while creating the return through their order.

you should not even be speaking to that customer at all. You simply approve the return, if it wasn't auto approved. Since the customer stated purchased by mistake, they will be charged for return shipping. You refund the rest.

Hello @Seller_W5pdKP5M66Tva- As mentioned above, the reason code used suggests a "buyer-fault" return. These include things such as an accidental order or where there’s a better price available and as mentioned, the cost of return shipping is deducted from the refund. Adding a help page here for your review, which also links to a inclusive list of return reason codes.
