Amazon lost my inventory and is refusing to reimburse me
Hi,
I shipped a box with 18 items.
I have created multiple cases/opened investigations for the missing items, but they said there's no record of them receiving any items.
Since I am the manufacturer, I have sent the manufacturer packing list as requested.
But seller support is not helping, they give the run around claiming there is no record of them receiving anything.
Please investigation this case and compensate for the missing items and make things right.

You will need to check these steps:
- Tracking number with proof of delivery
- Inventory Ledger Report on "Detailed" view using the Shipment ID as the Reference ID with long time frame (set it for like a year)
- Show where the inventory was received, then removed.
If there is no proof of delivery or history on the Inventory Ledger, they did not receive it and it needs to be taken up with your logistics company. If it is, now you have proof they received it.
From there, it takes opening a case and pushing to have this investigated further sending in everything. Stay on the same case. Eventually, someone will look at it and give you an answer if you have proof they received it.
