Invalid charge method
Hello everyone, pls advise. I sell at Amazon Handmade almost 2 years with same Bank card starting from the beginning. I never had any problems with this card. Card is active, no problem with the bank, no problem with Amazon. Since last 3-4 weeks smth happened. Amazon restrict access to my account due Invalid charge method (I have noticed it happened when Amazon transfered my founds to my bank). I have added another card, one week was ok, then again invalid charge method. Interesting thing that I have added old card again, it was ok for a week and today I again received Invalid Charge method. What is going on? I tried to contact support, but there were no help as they say nothing concrete. Any advice?

Is the card you are using a debit card? If so, please update to a credit card and this should solve your issue here. If this doesn't solve the issue, kindly share the case id that you opened with Seller Support.
