The carrier never showed up!
Hi everyone, I’m new to amazon as a seller. I did schedule an appointment for a partner Amazon carrier to pick up a few items, however, they never showed up to collect.
Not sure if I’m missing something here! Is it normal for them to be behind their pickup schedule, and is there a way for me to contact anyone from the Amazon seller support team to help me with this?

Ask them for he tracking number and check it. Worst company!!!
