I am reaching out to this community for advice on a complex issue I'm currently facing with my Amazon account, which is at risk of deactivation due to an intellectual property complaint related to a specific product.
Here's an overview of my situation:
Intellectual Property Complaint: After receiving a complaint alleging unauthorized selling of a specific product, I immediately stopped all sales of the item in question as a precaution.
Supplier Verification Challenges: The supplier from whom I sourced the products has been flagged by Amazon, despite my having provided all necessary documentation to verify their credibility, including purchase invoices and additional supporting evidence.
Resolution Efforts: I have appealed multiple times, providing comprehensive documentation to Amazon, including supplier invoices and a customs invoice. However, there seems to be an issue with the customs invoice, where the product was incorrectly labeled, potentially leading to confusion.
