SUSPENDED ACCOUNT [AMAZON CLAIMS I HAVE 2 ACCOUNTS]
In the middle of last year, a friend asked me for help opening an account for him on Amazon, I helped him by doing everything on my computer, I have no links whatsoever with his account, all the data belongs to him, the only thing I did was create by my IP, my computer.
After almost 1 year, my friend blocked his account and now it's affecting mine, Amazon is claiming that I have 2 accounts, does anyone know how to resolve it?
If it doesn't resolve it, it will be deleted.
Can my wife have another account on my IP address?

If you had access to their account, then our team would consider you related. Was there a contract or any documentation that could reflect the assistance you gave?
If you are unable to provide documents or information showing that you were separated after the account set up was completed, you will need your friend to resolve their own account concerns before you may resolve your own.
If there is any information that overlaps between your account and her own, she may be impacted by your account being in the current status.
