Inactive Listings

Hello

Can you please help us and guide us to activate our ASIN.

2 of our listings are inactive due to product compliance-

We have already taken the following steps:

Submitted the lab test report provided by our supplier via case logs

Appealed through both Seller Support and Manage Your Compliance – but received no response or a rejection without clear feedback

Attempted to edit/update the listings (no effect)

Deleted and relisted the products (no change)

Initiated a lab test request via Amazon’s third-party testing service, but no lab has contacted us or taken further action

Despite these efforts, the listings remain inactive and we are not receiving any guidance or support from Amazon to resolve the issue.

We would deeply appreciate your help in escalating this matter internally. If there are specific documents, tests, or steps required to resolve this, please guide us so we can act promptly.
