Received suspicious 1 star rating without review and user name

My product was performing very well with a 4.9-star rating from 13 reviews (including 11 Vine reviews). However, it suddenly dropped to a 4.2 rating after receiving a suspicious 1-star rating with **no written review and no customer name**.

I’ve raised multiple support cases, but none have been resolved. Instead, I’ve been advised to use the "Report" button—but when a rating comes without a review or visible profile, there’s **no option to report** it. I'm hitting a brick wall and don’t know where else to turn.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? How can I escalate this or get meaningful help from Amazon to investigate and resolve this?

I cannot guarantee the product review will get removed but it doesn't hurt to get a second pair of eyes to take a look the situation to see why the one star was left (if possible). We ALL get bad ratings. You can do absolutely nothing about it. If it's organized by a competitor, the system will recognize it one day and remove the rating and suspend the seller. But that can take two years....

Don't create any cases, that just puts your account at risk.

I have a strong feeling that this is a vindictive rating - I will not disclose too much detail here, but I can disclose this information to the relevant AMAZON.
