Seeking Advice and Support: Challenges with My Amazon Seller Account

Dear Seller Community,I am reaching out to share my recent experiences with Amazon and to seek advice or insights from fellow sellers who may have faced similar challenges.

I have been working hard to grow my brand on Amazon. Despite investing heavily in ads (often spending more on advertising than I made in sales), I finally found some products that seemed promising. I managed to sell out of these products in just a week and even hired a sourcing agent to help scale my business further. After getting approval to sell these products, I meticulously prepared and shipped them to Amazon.

However, on November 15th, my account was unexpectedly deactivated. The message requested additional documentation, but it seems that the invoice I provided was not sufficient. When I contacted Amazon for more information, I was informed that they could not verify whether I was authorized to sell these products. This was confusing, as my sourcing agent had supplied the same products to other sellers without any issues.

Unfortunately, my subsequent attempts to seek clarification and support did not yield the understanding I was hoping for. I felt that my concerns were not being adequately addressed, and there was a lack of empathy in the responses I received. This has been particularly disheartening, considering the time, effort, and resources I have invested in building my brand on Amazon.

Current Situation:

As it stands, I am unable to appeal the decision, leaving my brand and recent inventory in limbo. This situation has left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the future of my business on the platform.

I am reaching out to this community for advice. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? How did you navigate these challenges, and what steps did you take to resolve them? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thank you for taking the time to read my story. Any guidance or support from fellow sellers would be invaluable as I try to find a way forward.

Since you mentioned working on growing your own brand, were these products your brand or someone else's? If it was someone else's brand, was the authorization that you got from them, or was it just Amazon allowing you to list the product?
