SAFE-T only gives partial reimbursement for INR with "claims protected" label shipped+delivered ON TIME???
Any INR via AtoZ claim/appeal = 100% refund coverage by Amazon...
But an INR via SAFE-T reimbursement is only a partial refund???

It's the same party (AMAZON) that's responsible for the refund because of a "claims protected" label that's shipped AND delivered ON TIME.

But a SAFE-T reimbursement only gave $67.96 out of $90.05.
IF this was an AtoZ for the same INR then I would get $90.05 for Amazon erroneously refunding on my behalf.

I cannot find a policy that says NON-seller faulted issue only gives partial reimbursement. In fact, Amazon Buy Shipping policy very explicitly states for INR that's shipped on time and delivered on time = Amazon is responsible for the refund. It does NOT say anything about a partial refund.
